Welcome to METALDOM. By interacting with our digital portal, requesting prototyping services, or initiating batch jewelry production orders, you collectively agree to be governed by the following manufacturing legal frameworks. Please read these parameters carefully before transmitting custom projects.
1. Prototyping & Sampling Mandates
Custom jewelry sampling forms the core blueprint phase for full collection accuracy:
- Prototyping Fees: All preliminary CAD engineering design fees and 3D resin wax-printing fees are quoted individually and must be paid in full prior to casting deployment.
- Client Blueprint Approval: Mass creation will strictly commence only after receiving physical or high-definition photographic sample approval from the client. METALDOM cannot be held liable for discrepancies if the final batch matches the signed-off prototype template.
2. Manufacturing Tolerances & Craft Material Parameters
Jewelry creation leverages heritage bench processes combined with technical operations. By initiating a project, you recognize standard industrial criteria:
- Dimension & Weight Tolerances: Minor structural dimension deviations (+/- 0.1mm) and precious metal final weight variances (+/- 10% for cast products) are accepted as natural industry parameters.
- Color and Gemstone Discrepancies: Natural earth-mined precious gems and specialized electroplating colors may display organic variances from digital 3D model screen renderings.
3. Payment Terms & Financial Protocols
Given the precious commodity value of underlying raw materials (e.g., K-Gold, Platinum, Sterling Silver):
- All production runs require an upfront raw material deposit (typically 30% to 50% depending on gross metal volumes) prior to physical casting tree layout.
- The final balance must be cleared following QC validation approval and before international global shipment handover.
4. Customer Design Intellectual Property Protection
METALDOM states explicitly: You preserve complete ownership of all custom sketches, proprietary brand assets, and structural CAD profiles submitted to our facility. We will never replicate your proprietary configurations for alternative buyers or open market distribution. METALDOM reserves ownership exclusively over its internal fabrication tooling mechanisms and custom proprietary molding mixtures.
5. International Freight Shipping & Risk Management
We facilitate secure door-to-door global fulfillment via top carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, custom air cargo forwarders):
- Customs & Import Duties: All localized customs import clearance duties, international brokerage fees, or localized destination taxes remain the exclusive responsibility of the importing buyer.
- Force Majeure Frameworks: Production and fulfillment lead times are realistic estimations. METALDOM cannot be held liable for customs inspections delays, flight interruptions, or global force majeure logistics issues.
6. Quality Control Defect Remediations
Our quality control unit conducts total item inspection audits. In the rare scenario that structural fabrication errors are confirmed upon arrival, notify our support center with detailed visual macro evidence within 7 business days of delivery. Confirmed manufacturing flaws will be fully prioritized for rapid structural modification or replacement credit.
7. Governing Jurisdiction
These industrial business terms are governed and interpreted under standard international commercial trade protocols and relevant manufacturing factory jurisdictions.
